Came very quickly! Highly recommend

Thank you John for your great service. He came out to me in a timely manner. My car fon stopped working and the key. He got me in my VolvoS90 and running.

Hands down best locksmith in the area by far very quick and efficient good communication and overall just very easy people to work with and they know what they’re doing

Amazing people. Instead of selling me a key they fixed mine. They were here within the hour of calling so thank you Billy for helping.

Punctual, efficient, affordable, and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing work and efficient service. Key works perfectly and the locksmith was very kind.

We had an appointment scheduled and the worker never showed. Had to reach out and ask what time they’ll be arriving and he said he wasn’t working today. Never asked if he could reschedule and didn’t apologize.

Found this company after I purchased a vehicle that only came with the emergency key and no fobs. Dealer wanted 500 per key fob made. Another company I contacted came out and couldn't do it after 3 hours of trying. I called this company, they came to my house within an hour and had two key fobs cut and programmed within 10 minutes for less than the price of one from the dealer. Can't recommend these guys enough!

The work itself was excellent — fast, professional, and efficient. However, I was very disappointed with the pricing communication. I contacted Major Keys 216 by text to get an estimate and was quoted $350. I explained that I was willing to drive to their location, so I didn’t need them to come to me. They responded that they were a mobile service and could come to my location. Later, I received a phone call during which a higher price was apparently mentioned. I missed that detail, and I take responsibility for not clarifying it at the time. However, I never received a text confirming the updated price. The final charge was $550 — $200 more than the original estimate, due to the mobile service fee. To be fair, the job itself was done very well, and I have no complaints about the quality of the work. My issue is the pricing communication and the lack of written confirmation of the final cost. My advice to anyone considering this company: confirm the complete price in writing before scheduling the service. They do great work, but be aware that the final bill may be significantly higher than the original estimate.

AJ helped me unlock my car. Great service and great price.

John of Major Keys 216 came and helped us with several door locks today. Major Keys 216 diagnoses the problem and fixes things quickly and economically. Professionalism and integrity worth its weight in gold.

Super fast, professional, easy to work with! Hopefully I will never need their services again but they will be my first call!

Aj took care of us. Thank you thank you 🙏

Billy was able to come to my newly closed home on relatively short notice and re-key all of the locks and deadbolts I needed on a number of doors. Not a cheap process by any means, but his prices were fair and he explained the pricing to me before and during, including some modifications in the pricing that had to be made when he actually showed up and reviewed the situation. I appreciated the transparency. If I need a locksmith again in the future, I'll definitely be seeing if Billy is available as I love supporting a smaller local operation.
